How it Works
Add qualifying product(s) to your shopping cart totaling $149 or more (prior to taxes) and our Free Regular Shipping offer (“Offer”) will be applied to your order. Products that are not qualifying products will be marked on the product page on the Site. Please remember that you need to select the Expedited Shipping option to receive the Offer. If you select the Xpresspost Shipping option, Xpresspost Shipping charges will be applied. Shipments of orders to remote locations are excluded from this Offer. If you request shipping to an excluded remote location, the applicable shipping charge will be visible during Checkout. If your order contains items that are ineligible for this Offer, you will be charged shipping only for those items.
Offer Terms and Conditions
The Offer consists of free regular shipping on orders of $149 or more, prior to taxes. This Offer applies to select items for delivery by regular shipping only and excludes delivery to some remote locations. Click here for a full list of postal codes ineligible for this Offer. The Offer excludes fresh, frozen, refrigerated, and products sensitive to cold and/or warm weather. Product(s) purchased must total $149 or more before taxes, gift-wrapping, shipping or other similar charges. The entire order must be shipped to a single address to qualify for the Offer. The Offer is not applicable towards the shipping costs for returned items or towards the purchase of gift cards. Offer is not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer, including promotional code offers. Not applicable to cancelled orders due to out-of-stock product(s). This promotional Offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of this Offer. The Offer has no cash value.
Shipping Options and Costs
Orders will only be shipped to a valid mailing address within Canada. However, we may not be able to ship to all areas within Canada. In the event we are not able to ship to the shipping address you provide, we will notify you, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund in respect of your order (unless you provide an alternate eligible shipping address). Any shipping fees are subject to change from time to time by I Arise without prior notice. Taxes are applicable to shipping rates.
Depending on the product(s) you purchase on the Site and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods may be available. During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your purchase. Expedited shipping and Xpresspost shipping options may be available. You will also be required to select one (1) option in the “How would you like your order delivered?” section. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method you choose, as well as the total amount of the order prior to taxes. Total shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during Checkout prior to the completion of your order. All shipping charges on the Site are stated in Canadian dollars.
Please note that transit times are approximate and not guaranteed – times may vary drastically in remote locations.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of verified successful payment. If the order will be delayed for shipment beyond that period, we will contact you to let you know. Delivery times will depend on the specific order, method of shipping, and delivery location. Although we will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or other events out of our control.
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain orders, such as, but not limited to:
- Shipping address is located within a remote area in Canada
- Express Priority shipping is requested by the customer
- The weight size and bulk of the order
- Shipping of product sensitive to cold and/or warm weather; read our cold and warm weather shipping disclaimers below
- Shipping of fresh, frozen, and refrigerated products
In these shipping conditions a representative will contact you with shipping cost options at which point you can choose the method that suits your needs, prior to processing the order. The additional costs of shipping, handling and shipping supplies (if necessary) associated with your order will be stated on the order confirmation page.
Cold Weather Shipping Disclaimer
During the winter months, due to the cold weather, and sub-zero temperatures that dip even lower overnight, there is the possibility that some items will freeze or break. Some items are unusable when frozen and the liquids in glass containers can freeze and crack the glass bottles or glass droppers inside the bottles, especially to areas where delivery time is more than one (1) day and/or the location is experiencing very cold temperatures. Although the insulated containers (when purchased) do help, it does not necessarily guarantee that the items will not be damaged from the cold temperatures. Insulated containers can be purchased by clicking here. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the container sizes. If you know you live in a very cold part of Canada, we recommend that do not take the chance of ordering these products (especially during a free shipping offer that has regular service). Choosing an express service like Xpresspost paired with the insulated container is usually sufficient, but not for all parts of Canada (that are more than a few days delivery or have extremely cold temperatures). This is at your own risk, and we advise to wait until the temperatures warm up for these products. If you decide to proceed, we will need your consent by checking off the checkbox when you place your order that you have read and understand the cold and warm weather shipping disclaimer and that you are responsible if items crack from freezing or arrives frozen and/or unusable. Any claims for refunds/credits due to spoilage or change in consistency, taste, appearance, leakage or usability, will be null and void. We do all that we can to help prevent this but we cannot control Mother Nature. If you are unsure, check your local weather or location, or ask us. We can only estimate and cannot offer guarantees.
Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer
During warmer weather months, please note that certain heat sensitive products that require refrigeration may melt or spoil during transit. Insulated containers with ice packs included can be purchased to help keep products colder during shipping. Insulated containers can be purchased by clicking here. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the container sizes. Depending upon the temperatures, this is often sufficient however not guaranteed to avoid spoilage. Depending on temperatures some items may during shipping leak. We have no control over this and cannot completely prevent this without exception. Packing materials are usually adjusted during this time depending upon temperatures, to avoid affecting other products in the order. For optimal freshness, we do not recommend to ship heat sensitive items during warmer weather (especially during a free shipping offer that has regular service). Choosing an express service like Xpresspost paired with the insulated container is usually sufficient, but not for all parts of Canada (that are more than a few days delivery). Shipping Questions and Answers
Can I ship to more than one address?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. If you need products shipped to different addresses, please place separate purchase orders in respect of each address to which you would like a delivery made.
Can I get orders shipped outside of Canada?
We want to spread our message around the world and hope to do so soon, but for now we limit shipping to within Canada.
What material do you use to ship your orders?
Whenever possible, we recycle the cartons (boxes), bubble wrap, kraft paper, plastic bags, and air pouches that we receive from our product distributors. We feel this approach is best to reduce waste, to remain as ‘green’ and ecological as possible. We make sure the integrity of the recycled material is still as it’s best prior to re-using it.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages once they have shipped and generally appear on our Site along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the delivery is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Even though your delivery has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to the shipping destination, the carrier may not be able to provide any tracking information for your package for up to 48 hours, or longer depending on the carrier. We use Canada Post for the majority of the orders. Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address on file in the My Account section from Canada Post once the order has shipped.
Orders placed on the Site may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending on the products(s) you purchased, the shipping method selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your products(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, your order history under the My Account section of the Site will not offer tracking information but will still offer order status and other details.
Finding Your Order Status
Check your email.You are required to create an account during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
Visit the Site.You may sign in into your Account on the Site to look up for your order history at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.
All questions regarding the status of an order with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company. To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where contact information is available.
Orders that are returned to I Arise due to an incomplete or incorrect address being entered by the customer or due the customer refusing or not collecting the order may incur additional shipping charges and/or if they were initially shipped pursuant to the Free regular shipping offer, may incur regular shipping charges.
Incorrect, Missing, Damaged or Defective Product
If we shipped you the incorrect product, if a product is missing from your order, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your product. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. You must notify us within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date of the order. We will not be held responsible for any products that have not been reported incorrect, missing, damaged or defective within fourteen (14) days of the order postmark date. I Arise is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
Before you contact us, please have your order number ready. You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent you or by logging in to My Account on the Site and look under your order history. Please provide a detailed description of the difference between the product you ordered and the product you received.
Unclaimed Parcels / Incorrect Addresses
Any orders that come back to us as unclaimed by Canada Post or other shipping carrier, will have the product amount of the original order refunded but not the shipping costs (if shipping was paid); if shipping costs were not paid, we will refund the product cost minus the amount of shipping. Any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address being used by the customer will also be refunded for product cost, but not the shipping costs (if shipping was paid); if shipping costs were not paid, we will refund the product cost minus the amount of shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the product by following our Return Policy and order a new product on the Site.
